It is located on the south side of the North Wapda Bazar ,West Side of Sonapur to chairmangate Regional Highway .Public are more known as  Older pesticides airport 

Purpose: Earth-Social Development and Frustration, farmers / farmers Training / Plants / Seed Production, Distribution, Farmers / Krishan Training and plants, Flowers and medicinal plants to rotate in coastal areas. Horticulture Center, Noakhali Sadar, Noakhali institutions have been selling officially due to the development of agriculture and farmers for the development of various fruits, vegetables, forest, drug, spices, flowers, absorption tree saplings / pens and emerges along with different facilities.
